I am a veterinarian,; what brought me to this site was the Feb 16, 2023 article about Covid Vaccination. I received four boosters believing I was doing my part to help keep myself and my fellow citizens safe. I had strange side effects after each—Starting in 2021, vertigo , double vision, weakness, fatigue—some of which I reported to the CDC . I went from doctor to doctor and was told basically that the only thing wrong with me was that I knew a little too much and was fine. The vaccine was not the problem. No one would even do bloodwork until a nurse practitioner ran a CBC and metabolic panel in January of this year. (2023) . I found out I had severe macrocytic anemia and was sent for immediate transfusion. Five months, five transfusions, one bone marrow biopsy , two hospital systems, several specialists later there still is no diagnosis. My red cell precursors simply stop maturing for some reason. I believe this to be related to ACE II receptors on the precursors and the binding of vaccine spike protein to them but I’m just a veterinarian. The doctors suggest I’m imagining everything. I’m not. I am having trouble being heard. Just want this story to be out there. These vaccines have hurt a lot of people and I believe women especially have been ignored and made to feel ashamed when they attempt to speak up and say there is a problem. The other issue I am seeing now that I am very I’ll, is that Western medicine for humans has become so compartmentalized that the patient gets lost in the process. One of my hematologists refused to check my thyroid (even after saying my condition could be caused by hypothyroidism) saying “ I’m a hematologist. I don’t do thyroids”. The primary care provider refused to check because they wanted the hematologist to do it. Most of us in veterinary medicine do whatever we can to help the patient—we don’t get to pick just what we want to do. I’m not very fond of social media so this is being written here. I apologize if inappropriate.
