Dr Ludovic Gros, our resident Doctor in the Sky has a figurative and literal birds eye view of medical issues happening all around the world. He’s all about his work in the sky as a flight surgeon, but equally loves his work on the ground, collaborating with people from all over the world. Dr. Gros is a visionary, a storyteller and a firm believer in the global knowledge sharing movement.

With 30 years of medical experience and 20 years of management experience in crisis situations (6 military operations including 2 armed conflicts), and managerial experience over large and complex teams (currently managing a medical team of 450 doctors, nurses and paramedics), I’m not a beginner but I still maintain the mentality of continuous learning — and more importantly knowledge sharing.
